Table of Contents
This dark green scrapbook paper set gathers twenty six all-over patterns in deep forest and pine shades, built for winter cards, tree farm spreads and gift wrap that feels a cut above plain paper. You get buffalo check, ticking stripes, damask, toile and plenty of botanical repeats, all on light grounds so the green reads crisp and clean rather than heavy.
Print on US Letter, either borderless or with a narrow trim if your printer insists on a margin, and choose a matte cardstock for anything going into a junk journal so the ink does not smear under glue.
Using these images: free for personal projects such as printing, coloring, cards, journals and gifts. Handmade items that include them may be sold up to 30 pieces per design. More than that is commercial use and is not permitted, and neither is selling or sharing the images themselves or passing them off as your own. Please ask before any other use.
Woodland Branches and Sprigs
Loose pine branches scattered across white make an easy journal page base for a winter photo or a handwritten note about the season.
Cedar sprigs with small pine cones tucked between the needles work well as a card mat behind a wooden button or a tiny sticker ornament.
Trailing ivy vines in dark green drift across white and line a pocket or envelope neatly without competing with whatever sits inside it.
Rounded eucalyptus leaves in forest green scatter over white, pairing nicely with the tossed pine branch paper for a layered winter spread.
Fine fern fronds in dark green make a quiet book cover or folio wrap for anyone who wants texture without a bold holiday motif.
Spruce branches dusted with snow sit on pale blue and make a cold weather gift wrap that still feels soft rather than stark.
Checks, Stripes and Plaids
A dark green and white buffalo check gives a sturdy card mat behind a kraft paper tag or a small cut out diorama scene.
Forest green and white ticking stripes run clean and narrow, good as a journal page base under a photo of a tree farm trip.
A dark green tartan crossed with red and white lines on a white ground wraps a small gift box with a classic holiday look.
Dark green and red stripes of different widths on white line an envelope cleanly, and they pair well with the tartan paper for a matching set.
A deep green houndstooth on white reads as neutral enough for a card mat that needs texture without pulling focus from a sticker centerpiece.
Hunter green gingham scattered with tiny stars makes a cheerful journal page base, light enough to write notes across in dark ink.
Festive Botanicals
Deep green holly leaves with red berries on pale mint make a lively card mat behind a small gift tag sticker or a paper bow.
Juniper berries and sprigs on pale blue line a gift box lid softly, and they sit well alongside the spruce and snow paper in the same palette.
Dark green mistletoe sprigs with white berries on pale pink bring a softer note, good as a folio cover for a handwritten holiday card list.
Evergreen sprigs tucked beside cinnamon sticks on pale pink make a warm pocket lining for a recipe card or a small kitchen journal insert.
Boxwood topiaries in small pots on white give a tidy book cover for anyone collecting garden or holiday memories in one journal.
Dark green garlands strung with gold stars on white wrap a small gift with a bit of shine without needing actual metallic ink.
Forest Scenes and Icons
Dark green fir trees fill a forest repeat on white, a strong journal page base for any entry about a snowy walk or a tree farm visit.
A deep green toile of Christmas tree farms on white suits a card mat behind a tiny vintage truck sticker or a cut paper sled.
Dark green Christmas tree icons march in rows on pale mint, pairing neatly with the holly paper for a layered mint and green spread.
Evergreen wreaths line up in a grid on white, a clean envelope lining for a card that already has plenty going on inside.
Dark green velvet bows scattered on white make a decorative book cover, and the flat motif prints cleanly even on a home inkjet printer.
A dark green damask on pale sage gives a more formal card mat, good behind a cut paper monogram or a pressed leaf.
Pine needles arranged in a herringbone pattern on white add quiet texture to a journal page base beneath a simple handwritten quote.
Forest green polka dots on white round out the set as a playful gift wrap, light enough to use well past the holiday season too.
What to Do Next
Download the sheets, print a few test pages first to check how the green sits on your paper, then build out your winter cards and tree farm journal spreads from there. Frequently Asked Questions
What paper weight works best for these printable sheets?
A weight between 65 lb and 110 lb cardstock works best for most uses. Lighter stock suits wrapping and envelope linings, while heavier cardstock holds up better as a card mat or folio cover.
Can I print these sheets borderless?
Yes, most home printers support borderless printing on US Letter paper, which lets the pattern run to the edge with no white margin. If your printer cannot go borderless, print normally and trim the thin white edge off with a paper trimmer.
Can I use A4 paper instead of US Letter?
Yes, A4 works fine, though the pattern may sit slightly smaller or leave a thin margin since the sheets are sized for US Letter. Set your printer to fit the page or scale to 100 percent depending on the look you want.
Can I use these papers as gift wrap?
Yes, several of the sheets suit gift wrap especially well, particularly the buffalo check, tartan, stripe and polka dot patterns. Print a few sheets, tape the edges together for larger gifts, and wrap as you would with any sheet paper.
Will the green look the same on every printer?
Printed green shades vary a little between printers and ink types, so expect small differences from screen to paper. If color accuracy matters, print one test sheet first and adjust your printer’s color settings before running the full set.
