Table of Contents
This set of aesthetic stickers printable for journal pages brings a whole cafe counter to your desk: lattes with heart art, buttery pastries, moka pots, bakery bread and a rainy window seat. Twenty one sheets cover coffee drinks, tea, bread, cake, study sessions and a Paris corner, so every spread in your journal or planner gets its own small still life to cut out and keep.
Print the sheets on printable sticker paper if you want to peel and stick straight away, or use plain paper and a glue stick for a flatter finish in a journal. Either way, print at actual size with no “fit to page” scaling, and leave a thin white border around each piece when you cut so the ink edge stays clean.
Using these images: free for personal projects such as printing, coloring, cards, journals and gifts. Handmade items that include them may be sold up to 30 pieces per design. More than that is commercial use and is not permitted, and neither is selling or sharing the images themselves or passing them off as your own. Please ask before any other use.
Coffee Drinks
Starting the set with the drinks everyone reaches for first, this sheet holds a latte with a heart drawn in the foam, a cappuccino with a thick dusting of cocoa, an iced coffee glass stacked with cubes, an espresso cup on its saucer, a mocha topped with swirled cream and a cold brew jar with a striped straw.
These read well shrunk down small along the edge of a planner week, where a tiny latte cup can mark the one morning you actually made it to a cafe. Keep a couple at full size too, for a journal page title or the corner of a card.
French press, moka pot, pour over cone, coffee grinder, coffee scoop and milk frother sit together here, the quiet equipment behind every cup on the first sheet.
Pastries and Bread
Flaky favourites fill this sheet: a croissant, a pain au chocolat, a cinnamon roll with icing, a blueberry muffin, a plain scone and a fruit-topped danish, good for the pages where breakfast gets a mention.
Cut these with the thin white edge left on and group two or three along a washi tape line for an instant bakery display strip. If you only have five minutes, the croissant and cinnamon roll alone are enough to anchor a page.
Baguette, sourdough loaf, bagel, pretzel, brioche and a woven bread basket make this the heartier half of the bakery case, suited to recipe pages and coffee junk journal spreads about slow weekend mornings.
Cafe Tables and Shopfront
This sheet is built from the small furniture of a cafe: a bistro table, a cafe chair, a plain menu board, a sugar dispenser, a napkin holder and a flower vase, the pieces that sit around any cup rather than in it.
Awning, doorbell door, a window lined with plants, a plain A-frame sign, a bench and a bicycle leaning nearby bring the whole outside of the cafe onto one page.
Place these along the top of a journal spread like a little skyline, then tuck the smaller stickers from other sheets underneath as if they are sitting inside. Works nicely with the coffee drawing set if you want a page that mixes drawn and printed pieces.
Tea and Tisanes
Matcha latte, chai, a teapot for one, a tall tea glass, a tea bag and a lemon slice cover the non-coffee half of the menu, useful for pairing with the latte sheet on pages about choosing a drink.
Frappe, iced tea, a lemonade glass, a smoothie, a boba tea with wide straw and an iced latte line up for the warmer half of the year, each one its own tall glass on a short straw.
Print this sheet on sticker paper so the glasses can go straight onto a water bottle or a planner cover without a second step. Pair it with the Latte and Cappuccino sheet for a drinks page that runs hot to cold.
Beans and Jars
A pile of coffee beans, a burlap coffee sack, a kraft paper coffee bag, a glass coffee jar, a wooden bean scoop and a coffee plant branch with berries make up the roastery side of the set.
Candy jar, biscuit jar, a jar of sugar cubes, a jam jar, a honey pot and a cookie tin sit along the counter here, good small fillers for the corners of a page once the main stickers are placed.
Cakes and Treats
Cake slice, cheesecake, a fruit tart, carrot cake, a lemon loaf and a glass cake dome fill this sheet, built to sit on the pages where a journal entry turns into a small celebration.
Chocolate chip cookie, biscotti, macaron, shortbread, madeleine and a stroopwafel gather on this sheet, small enough in real life to sit two or three to a line along a journal margin.
Leave the thin white border on the macaron and madeleine especially, since their curved shapes lose their shape fastest if trimmed too close. Set them beside the Window Cakes sheet for a full bakery case across one spread.
Glazed donut, sprinkle donut, jelly donut, a cruller, a donut box and a cup of donut holes close out the sweet section with a full dozen’s worth of shapes to choose from.
Cafe Moments
Two mugs set close together, a shared slice of cake, a phone face down, a closed book, a soft scarf and a pair of sunglasses tell a small story of sitting across the table from someone.
Laptop, notebook, pen, highlighter, a pair of headphones and a coffee mug make up the quieter, working side of a cafe visit, suited to planner pages built around deadlines or study weeks.
These sit nicely along the top of a weekly spread as a small row of tools, with the mug tucked in last as a reward. On plain paper and glue, trim the laptop and notebook with straight scissors first, since their edges are simple rectangles.
Avocado toast, a pancake stack with syrup, a yogurt bowl, a fried egg, a small fruit cup and a waffle cover the morning plate half of the menu, a natural match for the Bakery Pastry sheet.
On the Go
Paper cup, cup sleeve, cup lid, reusable tumbler, cup carrier and a straw sit here as separate pieces, built for planner pages marking the days coffee came from somewhere else.
Armchair, floor lamp, bookshelf, potted plant, window seat and a patterned rug furnish the reading nook corner of the cafe, the kind of sheet that works equally well in a home journal as a cafe one.
These larger pieces look good printed on plain paper and glued flat rather than as a raised sticker, since the finish stays closer to a scrapbook photo. Pair with the Rainy Day Cafe sheet for a whole wet-afternoon page.
Bud vase with a daisy, a mason jar of tulips, a small cactus, a lavender pot, a rose in a teacup and a herb pot round out the plant life that sits on every cafe windowsill, and pair well with pieces from the flower stickers aesthetic printable set for a fuller garden page.
Far and Away
Wicker chair, beret, croque monsieur, a classic bistro coffee cup, a small Eiffel Tower figurine and a flower cart carry the set across the ocean for one sheet, built for travel journals or a page remembering a trip abroad.
Umbrella, raincoat, a rain-streaked window, a bowl of soup, a mug of hot chocolate and a lit candle close the set on its quietest note, suited to the slower pages in a coffee junk journal about staying in.
Cut the rainy window carefully around its streak lines with a craft knife if you have one, since scissors can round off the fine detail. A single candle and mug from this sheet is often all a small page needs.
What to Do Next
Download the sheets, start with one drinks sheet and one pastry sheet, and build a cafe spread from there.
Frequently Asked Questions
What paper works best for these aesthetic stickers printable for journal pages?
Printable sticker paper gives a true peel and stick finish, while plain paper with a glue stick works just as well for flat journal pages. Matte sticker paper handles pen and highlighter over the top better than glossy stock.
What printer settings keep the sheets sharp?
Print at actual size or 100 percent, never fit to page, so the outlines stay crisp and the stickers come out at the intended scale. Choose the best or photo quality setting if your printer offers one, and let the ink dry fully before cutting.
How do you cut out small or curved stickers cleanly?
Leave a thin white border around each sticker rather than cutting flush to the ink line, since it protects the edge and looks neater once stuck down. A craft knife handles tight inner curves, like the macaron or the window streaks, better than scissors.
Can these stickers go on gifts as well as in journals?
Yes, the cafe pieces work well on gift bags, coffee bags and the front of handmade cards, not only inside journals. A croissant or latte sticker makes a simple, fitting seal on a parcel of baked goods.
How many sheets should I print to start?
Pick two or three sheets from different groups, such as one drink sheet, one pastry sheet and one scene sheet, to see how they work together on a page. Print the rest once you know which combinations you reach for most.
